TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. DEFINITIONS
Us, We and Our refer to On Site Tools of 25 High Street, Stanford-le-Hope Essex SS17 0HD (the Seller) and You and Your refers to the person who buys or agrees to buy the goods from the Seller (the Buyer).
2.PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices shown include VAT at the current rate at the Sellers quoted price.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any given time. Should an item be ordered and the price has increased, we reserve the right to cancel the order and the Buyer refunded.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order or cancel a transaction at our discretion.
3.UNAVAILABILITY
In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable, the Seller will contact the Buyer who will have the option of cancelling the transaction or request an alternative.
4. DELIVERY AND CHARGES
Goods are dispatched by the method stated in the item description and can only be sent to the address confirmed on the payment authorisation. Our estimated delivery time is 5 working days (Monday to Friday) . Once an item is with our chosen carrier, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any losses and delays, nor can we be held liable for any consequential loss of profit, business or contracts and anticipated savings to the Seller.
For goods that require a signature on delivery: If the Buyer is not available to sign, a card will be left by the Courier company and it is the responsibility of the Buyer to collect from their depot. If not collected in the allocated time given by the Courier Company and the item is returned to the Seller, the Seller reserves the right to charge a fee of £20.00 for the costs incurred.
Certain postcodes in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands will incur higher delivery charges. This will be advised on receipt of your order.
5. ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCT
The Buyer will sign for the goods on delivery or collection.
On receipt of goods, any damage to either the packaging or contents, the Buyer has the right to refuse the delivery and return the goods. The Buyer must inspect and ascertain that the correct item has been received and is in perfect working order, ideally in the presence of the delivery company.
Title and risk shall pass on delivery of the goods.
All claims for defective or faulty items must be notified to the Seller, in writing, within 7 working days.
Where the Buyer has accepted or deemed to have accepted any items, the Seller shall have no liability to the Buyer.
6. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If for any reason an item purchased from us is not required it can be returned for refund if it is:
1, within 14 days of original order date
2, unused and returned in original undamaged packaging.
Contact us on Enquiries@on-sitetools.co.uk quoting original invoice number. We will then e-mail you a returns form which must be filled out and included with returned item.
The return of these goods will be the responsibility of you the customer. We recommend using a recorded delivery as On Site Tools will accept no liability for goods lost/damaged in transit.

On receipt of the goods we will refund you the customer. Please note that no carriage charges incurred will be refunded.
Wrongly sent or faulty/damaged goods
If an item has been sent in error or is faulty/damage on receipt of delivery please notify us within 48 hours via email on Enquiries@on-sitetools.co.uk . Please quote your invoice number and a brief description of the problem. We will then arrange collection of the said goods from the customer. Please ensure all original packaging is returned.
On receipt of these goods, we will inspect them. If said faults are found to be true we will refund all costs (item plus any carriage charges) or replace.
We do however recommend inspecting all goods delivered before signing for them. If the outer packaging is damaged then sign “package damaged”
7. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES
Products older than 30 days Hand Tools, 7 days Power Tools that develop a fault are covered by manufacturers warranties and must be returned with original purchase invoice, where appropriate action will be taken by the Seller.
8. STATUTORY RIGHTS
The Buyers statutory rights are unaffected by any information detailed in these Terms and Conditions.
9. CANCELLATION
The Seller may cancel this contract at any time before the Goods are delivered by giving written notice. On giving such notice the Seller shall promptly repay to the Buyer any sums in respect of the price. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.
