The Makita DBO480Z 18V 140mm LXT Random Orbit Finishing Sander Bare Unit is the perfect tool for carpenters, fitters, joiners and DIY enthusiasts. This powerful 18V sander can deliver 14,000/11,000 orbits per minute and 28,000/22,000 sanding strokes per minute. Performance like this rivals corded power tools, but the DBO480Z is battery operated and so you will not have to worry about cables getting in the way.

To ensure users have control over their applications Makita have equipped this with a 2-speed electronic speed control system and a tool-less paper clamp for quick working. For a safer work environment the DBO480Z has a dust collection bag and, with a vibration K factor of just - 1.5 m/s², fatigue over prolonged use is also minimised. An added benefit is that the handle is ergonomically designed to provide both grip and comfort. This product is sold as a bare unit so batteries and chargers must be purchased separately. The DBO480Z does, however, come with accessories that include a dust bag, dust nozzle, punch plate and a set of abrasive paper sheets.
